KINEXON at the BVL Kongress in Vienna
Vienna, April 13th – KINEXON at the BVL Congress.
The 34th Logistics Dialogue Congress in Austria took place on 12th and 13th April in Vienna. In the course of the congress there were numerous interesting lectures and discussions with representatives from government, business, science and practice.
KINEXON Managing Director Nikolai von Loeper was also on site and represented the company and its precise real-time location in warehouse logistics.
For example, KINEXON’s forklift truck tracking technology is used in logistics. Localization can trigger events when a forklift reaches or leaves a predefined area. The routes of the trucks can also be optimized and uncoordinated routes avoided by the technology. This avoids delays and processes in warehouse logistics can be optimally controlled.
Nikolai von Loeper also handed over the main prize of the LogiMAT 2018 competition to the winner in Vienna. This was a remote-controlled forklift truck. The winner of the truck was an employee of the Fraunhofer Institute Austria (Fraunhofer Austria).
